Floorplanz has carried out Land Registry compliant lease plans for the past 20 years and all plans are fully compliant with the Land Registry Practice Guide 40. Amongst other things, this involves drawing plans to a recognised metric scale, giving enough detail for the property to be identified on the Ordnance Survey map, showing the demised area within the building and the building within the context of the surroundings, which results in thorough and accurate plans.

Our Land Registry and Freehold/Leasehold Plans service offers national coverage, with a network of more than 100 surveyors across the country. Once we receive your order, our local surveyor will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient time to inspect the property.
After the appointment has gone ahead, we will then send you a draft copy of your lease plans and, upon approval, the final lease plan drawings will be printed to scale and posted to you.
We aim to carry out each survey within three working days of receiving the instruction and send draft plans within four working days of the appointment, however a next day survey service is available for an additional fee.
Alternatively, if you have a previous estate agent plan, we are always happy to check over it to see if it can be adapted and converted into a compliant plan.
