Floor plans are an integral part of the marketing service supplied by estate agents. Buyers and sellers alike have come to expect them and, as such, they are crucial to the successful marketing of any property. They are an invaluable way for potential buyers to assess whether a property meets their specific needs, allowing them to get an idea of the space on offer, layout and key features of the property, before deciding whether to view it. We offer a wide range of floor plan services to meet every budget and requirement.
All our standard and estate agent floor plans are drawn to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Code of Measuring Practice, the International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS) and are covered by our comprehensive insurance. Our surveyors complete an in-house training scheme and are regularly audited throughout the year, to ensure all plans are as accurate as possible. Our production team are also on hand to draw up each plan to the highest possible standard.
We are also able to provide floor plans for multiple occupancy properties – since the new regulations bringing mandatory licensing to all multi-occupied properties came into effect on the 1st October 2018, most HMO landlords are required to apply for a license regardless of the number of floors at the property.
