Experienced property photographers are needed to visit properties and digitally photograph them to facilitate their sale. The job also entails measuring & sketching the properties for floor plans and you must be prepared to do some sketching only jobs if photography is not required. Applicants should have their own transport (for Central London must be moped/motorbike) and photographic equipment. This is a freelance position and pay is approx £15-20 per hour.

We’re looking for CAD trained operators to measure and draw properties. Good spatial awareness is important and experience with laser measurers is preferred although not essential. Applicants need the ability to produce highly accurate work whist meeting our deadlines.

You will need to be willing to travel around to visit properties, usually during business hours. CAD experience is essential, but specific training and software are provided. You will be working from home and need a car, computer, internet access, and mobile phone. This position would suit a person with a background in, engineering, surveying, architecture, with good spatial awareness of building structures. This is a freelance position and pay is approx £20-25 p/hr.

At present we are particularly looking for someone to cover Central London.

* domestic energy assessors

We are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to add to our nationwide network. You will need to be fully accredited and be able to supply a current CRB check & details of both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Experience of floor plan sketching is a bonus although not essential. This is a freelance position and pay is approx. £25-£30 per hour.
