All technical plans we provide are specifically tailored to your own requirements. These plans are measured and drawn to a very high tolerance and any number of different layers can be added including the position of all the radiators, telephone points or electrical fixtures.

We are also able to supply plans to aid space planning and layout design – ideal for large, open plan office space. Detail such as temporary office partitions and furniture could be included on these plans if required. This service is only available in conjunction with our detailed technical plan.
