Using our competitively priced architectural services clients can quickly and easily apply for outline planning permission, listed building consent or even just decide if it is feasible to carry out a loft conversion without having to get architects and structural surveyors involved.

One of our experienced technical surveyors will be able to visit your property or site just 48 hours after we have received your instructions to proceed and the completed plans will be emailed back to you within approximately 48 – 72 hours dependant on the size and complexity of the job. Once the plans have been approved and any amendments have been made we can either email you Auto Cad compatible files (DXF or DWG), post scale copies or both if you would prefer.

We offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including, Elevations,  Sections,  Detailed Floor Plans,  Land Registry Plans - for Lease and Freehold properties -  creative Digital Photography and Computer Generated Imaging,  Detailed Site & Location Plans and Space Planning and Layout Design.

Please note that Floorplanz Ltd don’t offer a structural design service and we cannot advise clients what types of supports or materials would be required for a specific job. Once the initial basic layout design process has been completed and provisionally approved by local authorities a qualified builder, architect or structural surveyor should always be consulted before any works take place.
